Who Is Pariss Michelle?

I was born and raised in Charlotte, N.C. I graduated from East Carolina University (GO PIRATES). I have a master's degree in interactive media from Quinnipiac University. I also earned my Corporate Etiquette Consultant Certification from The American School of Protocol in Atlanta, GA. 

I've always had an interest in etiquette. I'm told that as a toddler, I would set the table with a napkin as a placemat at McDonald's to enjoy my happy meals. My passions include learning, writing, art, and professional clothing. Especially when it's on sale. I love houndstooth, sunflowers, Eiffel Towers, and anything purple. My goal is to help people reach their goals. I believe that we can all be successful. We just have to work hard, have faith, and never give up!

The thought of using my skills and education to empower others to chase their dreams excites me! I love to see people get that "ah-ha moment" during presentations and consultations. When I can give someone the tools and encouragement to do well at a job interview, use proper etiquette at a dinner party, or advance in their career, I know I've done my job. 

I believe in God, treating people with kindness, and enjoying each day with lots of love and laughter. When I'm not hosting an etiquette dinner, reviewing resumes, or conducting a workshop for a group, I'm writing, binge-watching TV shows and movies, painting my nails, or eating french fries.

In the future, I also hope to travel more, learn new skills, and continue to provide my services to as many people as possible.
