In My Success Era

Summer is winding down, and the best season of all has arrived. I decided to take a moment to reflect on my journey this year up to this point. I like where I am and am excited about where I'm headed. I truly believe this is my success era, as the youngins say, and I'm proud of myself.

In honor of that realization, I wanted to share the strategies, tips, and affirmations that helped me in the hopes that they will help someone else.

  • Waking up earlier than usual to check things off my list may be difficult, but it's worth it.

  • Social media doesn't need all of my time and attention.

  • It's not fair to allow others to steal my joy.

  • I have the right to set my own boundaries and expectations for all types of relationships in my life.

  • Saving money is essential, but so is the return on your investment. Make sure your savings plan works for you.

  • Plan the trips you want to take while you can. Time is something you can't get back, so make sure you take opportunities to make new memories through new experiences.

  • Practicing gratitude is a great way to cope with anxiety. I write down eight things I'm thankful for every morning.

  • Eating healthy is important, but don't beat yourself up about it if you decide to grab a milkshake.

What else would you add to the list? Let me know if you try any of these and they work out for you! I would love to hear your stories and learn new techniques from you.
